The installation of a window was done well. It work very well. The dust maybe could have been more controlled as this was in the main bedroom. Tenants had to clean up a lot. But they are very pleased with the new window. Thank youService: General construction

Update 8/24/2023: Stucco patch job on exterior to finish off [another firm's] rebuilt foundation work. Also, new steel strikeplate installed on back door for security purposes. Thx & great work, Jacob!Update 8/03/2023: WH was flushed twice. When EBMUD flushes the main line, it loosens sediment which can flow into homeowner pipes. Our gas WH had slimy black sediment floating around in it. All gone now, and we're grateful to AHS for diagnosing and solving the problem (and it's cheaper than using a plumber service!).Latest update 7/16/23: A # of small jobs which AHS took care of for us! My partner Michael Tandy (now deceased) used this service to repair a bathroom fan many years ago and it was repaired and is still working. I have had a bathroom cleaned of mildew and re-painted, a thermostat installed and multiple smoke detectors replaced in my house. Service is friendly and work is very well done.Services: Paint indoors
