Pain massage was awesome. For years I’ve have deal with back pain in my lower back. I wanted to try something different and James did a great job. I will definitely come back .
F James is a miracle worker. I had been suffering from golfer's elbow (from playing tennis) for several months. The pain started spreading a little bit to my fingers and a bit on my shoulder blade. I had read about exercises and some self massage techniques so decided to schedule a 90 minute massage with James, who I have visited before. He first pressed upon my shoulders, back, arms, etc. to determine if I had any pain and after deciding that my body was in pretty good shape then begin releasing the muscles around my shoulders. James is amazing! If you like firm, deep, tissue massage, you will not be disappointed. James gives the firmest massage I've ever received, and I used to go to a masseuse who treated the 49ers players. Call me a masochist, but that's the way I like it. And at $75/hr, he's a great value. Worth every penny.
