Gene Burch's plumber arrived on time and was fully aware of my problem. He quickly desribed how he would approach the project and provided me with alternatives as to possible procedures and costs. Once I selected what I wanted done, he immediately set to the task and completed it quickly and thoroughly. He appropriately cleaned up after himself; provided an e-invoice for me to sign, then left. I would defintely hire Gene Burch Plumbing for future plubing issues.
