recently switched back to Body Kinetics after spending the last two years at Anytime Fitness, and I’m really glad I did. The yoga class with Daniel is a huge highlight. He’s honestly one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. It’s also nice that the classes are included with the membership.

The basketball court is awesome, and I really like how open and spacious the gym feels. The equipment is newer and updated, and they do a solid job keeping everything clean and well maintained. What stands out the most though is the community. The members are friendly, the staff are great, and it just feels like a welcoming place to work out.

Local gem of Novato community! My friend was always talking how much she loves her classes and how it keeps her in the beautiful shape and the sauna is like a cherry on top.
I had to check it out and with such a great price for all the benefits it was a no brainer to join. There is great variety of classes with no problem to get in. And plus all the equipment and showers and sauna, towels provided too. I loved my first Piyo class with Daniel and excited to shape up!

This club has very responsive ownership. They upgrade the facilities every year or two, putting membership dues to work buying new equipment and upholstering their older stuff. They have an excellent sauna which alone is worth the monthly fee!
