JH is the best vet clinic around. My husky Ghost has been coming here since he was a baby and is almost 8 years old now and they always take such great care of him. Ghost gets more excited about seeing Dr. Kim and his staff than he does going to his daycare. Even after getting neutered, getting his vaccines there and getting his teeth cleaned he still runs in with his tail wagging and is happy to be there no matter what it's for!

We are very thankful for all the guidance and help JH Animal Hospital has provided our family. Dr. Kim has taken care of 3 of our cats and 6 of our dogs over the past 8 years. We've come here for vaccinations, spaying, liver stones, stomach issues, etc. All of the staff are so friendly and caring to our animals.

The pulled seven of my dog’s teeth without informing me. They told me I signed a document authorizing them to do so. They couldn’t find it because they never had me sign such a document. Which makes sense because they never told me that they would pull that many teeth without a phone call. I switch vets and now they refuse to email me my dog’s records. Every time I call them, I provide my email and I am told it will be emailed tomorrow. Now I call them at 2:20pm and I keep receiving a message that they are on lunch break from 1-2. I’ll update my ratings if I ever get my pet’s extensive vaccination records. Until then, they appear either vindictive or poorly... read full review
