We rarely write reviews, however, the last six months of our life has been chaotic after a flood that required us to move out of our home and feel transient. We were connected with Steamatic of San Fernando through a program facilitated by our insurance company however, we found that it's a process utilized by most. From our initial meeting with Steamatics staff, Derrick and Tom, who are our points of contact for setting up all contractors and for packing us out of our home, it was great!!! By far one of the best, responsive, and quality restoration services I've used. I have multiple rental properties, this has been by far one of the best companies if worked with. Communication and project management were 100% from beginning to end. They finished the jobs on time and with quality work. Highly recommend!
Andres, Marisela, Martha, and Julia recently helped move our contents into a new apartment. They were friendly, efficient, prompt and thorough. Excellent move crew and we had a great experience, overall!
