Absolutely the worst. I used them, as we were selling our house and needed to get rid of termites and wood rot. They came out and showed me what needed to be done. I did all the work, paid them and got a 1 year warranty on the work. Finally, when I was in escrow the bank needed an updated inspection to close. I called them on the phone for help. The person I had worked with was Jennifer. I called her 3 times but she wouldn't take my call or call me back. Finally, I reached someone and they sent out an inspector to do an inspection again and give me the updated certification. The new inspector found more wood rot and additional termintes. Horrible caused more spiders than I have ever had! Tricked me into a contract while they were soliciting door to door and have horrible customer service! Scheduled a free redo and they never showed up forget about getting a refund I’m SOL! Save yourself!

DO NOT trust this company. I did a bunch of research and chose them because I thought Joe provided a reasonable estimate and Isara was professional in her rodent proofing / exclusion work. That was in November 2019. Three months later in February 2020, when the mice problem came back and I called Eco Concepts to come by again to honor their 1-year warranty, they said they would call back to schedule a visit. I have called a dozen times and it's been 2 weeks, but they still haven't called back. I have a sinking feeling they will not honor the warranty and I have wasted my money on the wrong company.
