Amazing service. I have a velvet sofa and ottoman that no other upholstery cleaning company had wanted to touch for 8 years. Contacted Delta Chem Dry and they came out the same day. José and his assistant took care of it in a flash. So professional and so knowledgeable. I was ready to give away the sofa in pure frustration - now that is beautifully restored, I’m happy again. Will never use another upholstery cleaning company, these guys are pure gold!

Carpet cleaning to remove stains from bloody mary mix and several assorted bottles from the bar that broke while we were traveling in our 5th wheel.We are new to the area and didn't know who to call.I am so pleased with the results, plus they came out immediately. It was time to get the carpet cleaned. I did a lot of homework, made copious telephone calls, asked lots of questions and surveyed the prices that were out there. Even though Delta Chem Dry was higher than some of its competitors, I went with them because I was impressed with how Joe spoke to me on the phone. He was upfront, candid, applied no pressure, and was sincere. From the moment my door bell rang, his team members, Jose and Jacinto, provided a friendly, professional and satisfying experience. Before beginning the job, Jose willingly answered a few more questions and outlined their approach on how they would go about cleaning my living room carpet. It was done in less than an hour. They took out stains and cleaned the high traffic areas. Overall, I was satisfied with their execution, commitment and work ethic, during the whole time they were working on my carpet. A friend recommended the Chem-Dry procedure for my carpet. I found Delta Chem-Dry online. I think Delta was on a list for the10 best Chem-Dry carpet cleaners in Los Angeles. Joe and his assistant were great. They were very professional. I told him that I lived in an apartment on the second floor. He figured out immediately the best way to get the cleaning equipment up to my door (and without disturbing any neighbors!). I think that was half the battle! Not only was Joe nice and personable, but he did an amazing job! I'm so happy with the way my carpet looks. When he arrived, the carpet had lots of spots and looked worn down. When he left, it looked brand new! Use Delta Chem-Dry/ Joe if you want your carpet to look great!

I highly recommend Joe and his them. I had to keep changing my carpet cleaning because of stagers and open houses, and Joe would laugh every week when I would call to postpone. I have two naughty Maltese who when I am not looking they pee on thy the carpet. I am absolutely thrilled with what they did today, both times they have called to ask if they could come early Beautiful smell Thanks Joe and the boys

I called Delta Chem-Dry and was reassured they will come and deep clean my stairs (29 steps) Jose was on time at 9 am, he was pleasant to talk to and answered my questions about type of shampoo used.He did a good job, courteous and efficient!I told him to tell his boss to add me to list of regular customer.After shopping g around, I highly recommend Delta Chem Dry, I told them add me to list of regular customer.
