Been coming here for 3 or 4 years off and on and for the price they get the work done. Sometimes it takes a little longer than I like but their prices aren’t bad and we haven’t had any complaints on the cleaning.
First time using this cleaner because it was close to home. Michelle (young lady at the front desk) said they would call me when ready for pick up and if I pay cash I'd get a 10% or 20% discount, can't remember. A month went by and I never got a call or text. I figured covid, so I called and lady on the phone said it had been ready for pick up and admitted that no one had notified me. Went on a Saturday and Covid hours were from 10 - 4. I was there at 10:15 and no one was there. Waited till 10:35 and called but I was unable to leave a vm. Finally, I went during my lunchtime break with cash, and when I mentioned the discount for paying cash, Michelle said it only applied...read full review
