I absolutely love working at Phenix Salon Suites and being a client here. It is quiet, convenient, easy, on the ground floor and drama free. You can be as social as you want or don’t want to be. I have made friends in the business and we have referred each other business already. It is great for networking! I love that I can have my own suite decorated the way I want. I love that I don’t have to hear every other clients’ life stories and I can just focus on my client in the chair. It is relaxing and super private. I feel safe working at all hours of day or night. We are in a mall that has traffic at all hours which makes me feel safe. The mall is beautiful & peaceful. If you are looking for a salon in NoHo, look no further! Update 7/18/24: The salon rooms are either freezing or the ac doesn’t work. The wifi doesn’t always work and there’s no cell service. Corporate will not respond to emails on behalf of 20 suite renters. The bathrooms don’t get cleaned well. I just cleaned them myself today with my own cleaning supplies. If you’re looking to rent here, I would take your own look during busy hours to see how the place is kept up. It is disappointing for what is a brand new beautifully built location.
