Came in with a computer with a computer that wasn't up on my displays. David help me diagnose the issue and isolate it to my GPU. He spent the time to not only show me possible new GPUs to replace my current one, he also taught me how to look for reliable benchmark ratings on GPUs in the future and he even cleaned out all my computer parts. Really appreciated the thoroughness, the lack of "upselling", and the emphasis on a complete solution. Definitely plan on using them for future technical support. Highly recommend!
