I had a wonderful massage with Helen. She is great at working that tension and pain out of your muscles. She also gave me useful tips on which muscle I should pay more attention to and stretch massaged on a regular basis. I would recommend Helen for every person out there who needs to break out that tension and nods with a firm and deep technique. I will come back again.
