My kitchen sink became completely clogged on Friday night, causing backups and a lot of frustration. I scheduled service through Roto-Rooter’s website that same Friday night and was able to book an appointment for between 10 and 11 the next morning.
Marcos arrived right on time, which was impressive for a weekend call. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, walked me through the process, and answered all my questions clearly. He handled the clog efficiently and resolved the issue completely.

Top-notch service!
We had some issues in our bathroom sink that needed to be taken care of right away.
Our landlord wanted to use another company but we asked for Roto Rooter
Ector referred Elias to help us out.
Elias was very knowledgeable and explained everything for us. Made us feel at ease with the whole process and the work was done on a timely matter.
We would definitely recommend both Ector water heater specialist and Elias specialist of drain and jetter to do plumbing services for residential or commercial properties to anyone who needs it.
They are both great guys???
