Top-notch service! We had some issues in our bathroom sink that needed to be taken care of right away. Our landlord wanted to use another company but we asked for Roto Rooter Ector referred Elias to help us out. Elias was very knowledgeable and explained everything for us. Made us feel at ease with the whole process and the work was done on a timely matter. We would definitely recommend both Ector water heater specialist and Elias specialist of drain and jetter to do plumbing services for residential or commercial properties to anyone who needs it. They are both great guys👍🏆🏆

We had a great experience with Marvin D. from Roto-Rooter. He came out on an emergency weekend call to fix our toilet and was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Marvin was very kind, professional, and took the time to walk us through the entire process so we knew exactly what was going on. He made a stressful situation so much easier with his calm attitude and clear communication. You can tell he truly cares about helping his customers. We really appreciated how quickly he responded and how efficiently he got everything working again. Highly recommend Marvin if you need reliable and professional plumbing help!

Amazing job! Plumber did a great job unplugging the unpluggable. Years of build up. He worked his arse off grinding it out. Big thanks to Roto-Rooter. Now whats funny is initially I thought the price was too high but hours later I started to feel bad. So to me I got a really great deal.
