Such a wonderful experience with great customer service & hospitality! I was served tea, coffee, & water while I waited for my hair to process. The hairdressers were courteous, professional & gentle. To top it off the head massage during my shampoo was amazing! I walked out with beautiful hair, I will definitely be returning ☺️

Desperate for a touch up during vacation, I thought I'd give Madison Reed a try. Bravo to my colorist, Sara, and assistant Kaylen, who did a fabulous job on my blow out. Color, gloss and blow out took some time (2.25 hours) but my hair looks fantastic. I hope they see my review and know I appreciate their work.

I normally have my hair colored at the salon, but I couldn't get an appointment so I bought the hair dye instead to do it myself. When I was getting prepared to color my hair. I noticed that there were no instructions in the kit I called customer service. The girl that answered was very helpful and gave me the instructions through text. When I went to wash my hair, the instructions said to use the second set of gloves and there was not a second set in the kit.
