I was referred to Klondike by an acquaintance in the HVAC business for service/repair to the heating system in my mobile home. From my initial contact to completion of the job, everything was top notch. I was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment for the next day and the technician (Richard) arrived on time and was able to quickly identify the problem. The repair required parts that had to be ordered so a second appointment was scheduled for the following week. Again, Richard arrived on time and completed the job in less than an hour. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Klondike.

In our time of need, your team really stepped up.It's the New Year weekend, freezing cold and the SCE transformer behind our house just sent out a surge that destroyed our furnace and other appliances for our home and the homes of our neighbors. It's the weekend and I tried calling all the big companies on Yelp, but no one returned my calls.I finally called Klondike Sunday, and while they couldn't help me on Sunday they were so polite and they invited me to call them Monday at 7am.
