I phoned Lloyd’s after my original plumber was unsure how to bypass the leak running under concrete to the other side of the kitchen. He wanted to run the pipe on the outside of the drywall through part of the kitchen. Lloyd’s technicians, without hesitation, found a route completely behind the drywall and completed the task in three hours. This was all started and completed the day I first phoned. Completely satisfied.
Alex and his team were professional, clean and quick, providing a low stress experience in a normally high stress situation! He was extremely knowledgeable and gave valuable insights to our issues.
