Dr Zimmerman and his staff are quality from the first call to the office. I broke my nose a month ago and after being told no, there's nothing to fix by my insurer/healthcare system (never mind that I can't get fresh air and my nose is now crooked) I called their office. My Mom died and left me some money and I think the best way to honor her is to think about her every time I look in the mirror! So, I'd been thinking about going to Dr Zimmerman who was referred by a friend as the most skilled plastic surgeon in the area, for some other procedures. Then I broke my nose and that surgery will have to come first. Charlene was so kind when I called for my appointment and expediently sent by email the office paperwork so I could complete it before the appt. At the office I met Lynn the doctor's office and surgery assistant. She was amazing. She told me allot about their practice and the procedure I was being evaluated for, Rhinoplasty. Very kind! Both she and Charlene. Then the doctor came in and I could now see why they were so awesome - because HE is!! He never once spoke down to me. He explained the procedure but not is any frightening terms (like my healthplan - who were trying to scare me from even wanting something done) but was always gently, respectful, kind, explanatory. When the staff gave me the bid for this surgery, he told me he felt the insurance should be paying for this. Told me he knew someone he could call who might be able to see me and impart the importance of my needs to the healthplan! I ask you, Is that not the most amazing? What doctor is ever that caring and selfless these days? But, I would want Dr Zimmerman to do any plastic procedure on me, so I will try to get my healthplan to refer to him as the specialist in his field that NONE of their doctors are, so that he can do my surgery and get it paid for. I hope and pray this might work. As for you all reading this, go to Dr Zimmerman! He has excellent bedside manner. Hes been in the plastic surgery arena for many years and as such has the experience others don't and he thinks in terms of how your body will heal and how it will look when healed! I had a absolutely fantastic experience! I decided to get a little botox and some filler , And I am so happy I chose to go here!! This was my first time getting both, so I was nervous. The staff and Dr. Zimmermann made me so comfortable and it truly couldn't have been a better experience! Dr. Zimmermann and his staff are very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the procedures. I was made to feel comfortable, with a thorough explanation about what I was getting, as well as what to expect. Dr. Zimmermann has an impeccable bedside manner, and made sure I was not in any pain throughout the process. I LOVE my results, and couldn't be happier! I will continue to go to Dr. Zimmermann and I look forward to my next visit!!
