Terminex has been a great blessing to us! We used Orkin for two years and their service went south so we switched to Bullzeye but their service went south even quicker. The service was fast, the agent was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The treatments have been extremely successful! I highly recommend Terminex to anyone!
I would like to thank Gilberto Romo or Temecula Terminex. He is pleasant, professional, punctual, and provides the information I need. I have pets and when he sprays outside, he tells me how long after spraying I can let the dogs go outside. He also answers my questions. His customer service is awesome! I highly recommend Temecula Terminex and Gilberto's the man!
I switched to Terminix from another company and am really happy I did. All the technicians who have been out to my house have been very friendly and helpful. They take care not to spray the flowers that my hummingbirds love while making sure that the ants, spiders and mosquitos stay away. They are very good about sending text reminders the day before service and within an hour before. They always let me know what they did and found after service as well.
