As soon as I knew I was going to need PT I immediately asked my doctor to send me to PacificPro. Heather and her team at this location are friendly and work their magic to getting you feeling 100.
The first time there I met with Josh, he went over my needs, problem areas and what my goals were. He then came up with a program and went through each of the exercises so I understood what to do. Josh was very professional and took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. All the staff were friendly and concerned for your welfare.
A great experience! Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up a program for my back problem. Thanks to all the friendly staff I interacted with: Josh, Michael, Maya, Carmen and Jacqueline. You guys are life savers!
