Well where to start, I made an appointment to get root touch up and highlights wasn’t too convinced about highlights because I’m a little too picky, didn’t think they would come out right, my appointment was with Cara, knowledgeable, caring, professional and super friendly, I explained to her what I had in mind and showed her a picture of what I wanted, she listened to me with no rush and she got to work. I loved loved my highlights!! Thank you Cara so much I will definitely keep going back.
I walked in this afternoon and fortunately they had an opening for a man’s haircut. Lindsey was my stylist and she did exactly what I asked for. I was so happy with the cut and I will definitely return. Lindsey was very nice and professional. I definitely recommend her service!
I have been here twice in the one off of Murrieta hot springs road in the Albertsons parking lot. The first time was a horrible experience, had a rude hair stylist and said "if you buy store brand products you're buying crap and your hair will be crap" so I tried this place again and the second time around was the opposite experience! I had the nicest hair stylist who paid attention to what I wanted, and was so friendly! I would go back again just for her! Just be careful, I couldn't make a reservation online and they told me "I'm sorry you have to make a reservation in order to get a service, and we're all booked up for the day"... read full review
