Thank you for taking my dog in even though you guys were at capacity and thank you for this card I received of my dogs paw prints I REALLY appreciate it

We had a non-emergent but urgent situation our pet needed to be seen for. When we called to find out if we could bring her in they were very kind. We were greeted on arrival by friendly staff at the front. Triage tech was sooo wonderful and kind. A Dr passed by and commented on how sweet our pup was and she wanted to be the one to see her. After some further conversation and discovery that she may need dental X-rays, the tech let us know they don't do dental X-rays there and therefore she probably wouldn't be able to be treated. We appreciated the honesty and ability to find an alternative place to take her. We would definitely go back if the need arose.

If I could give zero starts I would . Dog almost died because they didn't care.... I went here Wednesday July 17 4:50 am in for a emergency my dog was going to potato out on me she ate something TOXIC and was about to clearly give out on me. She been very lethargic for a couple days at that point as I thought maybe she just jad a tummy Ache but it kept getting much worse. When I brought my dog in it was like a ghost town no one was there but a receptionist. We were checked in and sitting in a room waiting for a hour while our dog was in the back in a kennel not being evaluated for over an hour.
