Nobody likes change but after Dr Ellstrom retired and Dr Castro & Office Team took over he has " bent over backwards " to make that transition to be as smooth as possible. We are very happy with everyone there, always friendly yet professional in every way !
I'm so glad to be back at sunnymead dental. My parents took us when we were kids so all the staff new us well. They have always been very nice and professional and they really get to know you as a patient. I was at county then west coast dental and I did not like either. Poor customer service and west coast dental does whatever they can to give you a bill even though your insurance covers the service. Now that I have Fridays off I'm very happy to go back to them. Still very nice staff and I feel comfortable with them.
I've been a patient for years at Sunnymead Dental and I truly love walking in to this place. Staff always happy and puts me at ease every time before my dental work. Grateful for this place !
