Our son fractured his right arm, it required sedation/reduction and this team was patient, kind, informative, professional and took such great care of our son. I have been coming here since I was 9 years old. The facility has always been well-maintained, and the staff is always professional. Up until recent years. It's been a few times where they have mentioned out loud, "It's close to 6 pm; you know we close soon, right?" There has been another time when someone I know (family) has gone in, and staffers mentioned they close to 5 pm and asked other staff personnel if they could still take them in. Like really? You don't know if the patient is driving from far away and if it's urgent. Do your job, and as long as they are there before business hours, help them. Getting to see your doctor, get your labs done and pick up at the pharmacy all in one place, within a reasonable amount of time, is FANTASTIC! Everyone has a great attitude! I no longer dread the hassle of a doctor appointment. Locations are always convenient, and I've never been left waiting more than 5 minutes from my appointment time. 5 stars!
