Honestly, it has been an excellent experience for my fur baby, he looked so handsome and most importantly very happy, and to me that is super important mostly after we had already experienced another dog groomer which had good reviews and were the best but no, awful experience my dog was just a puppy and well behaved but without my authorization they gave him a sedative to be able to do the grooming & when we picked him up, he was scared, didn't want to eat nor drink anything and slept for a long time and after seeing how he was acting we got scared to take him anywhere else. I brought my puppy here for the first time with my other dog who’s been coming here for years and she came back so cute! I’m so glad they were able to trim her well for her first time?They left both of my doggies coats so soft and smelling good!
I starting taking my boy here at the beginning of this year and I’m really glad I found this place. They always do a great job with my 14 year old small poodle. They make sure he is comfortable and ask exactly the cut and length I’m looking for. Highly recommend, great experience and customer service.
