I have a very mixed outlook on this place, because there are certain people that are extremely empathetic and clearly have the qualities of a healer. There are certain people here that will go to Great lengths to help you if you need it. I remember my very first day coming to this facility, I left my phone accidentally in the Uber that I used to get up there... that meant I needed to use the facilities phone or else I would have not been able to leave. There was even a wonderful nurse or health care associate that was willing to let me use her cell phone; because the way the facilities phones answer- the same person might not pick up a incoming call.

So sad that healthcare has become an industry.
Simply shocking that per Transparent California, Riverside County has 35+ Level 4 psychiatrists on its payroll at $400k + a year, each!
Lol! The US President and senators make less than that a year!
So when you come in desperately needing an MRI for your back pain but instead being handed "mental health assessment" (which you can totally opt-out of, but of course they don't tell you that) now you know why.
That's 35+ individuals in the same field at a half a million each a years in a county with $35k median income ??????

Always friendly, professional, on time and the facilities are neat and clean. When I need to cancel last minute or reschedule they always accommodate. From the security personnel and front desk receptionists all the way to the nursing staff and doctors, 5 stars.
