We left crying today. We had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. She gave my son a “comb over” style bang, but on long hair. Let me explain, I told her we just wanted to take a little off the bang and to “give him a swoop”. A swoopy bang is commonly known as a 2009 Justin Bieber or Zack Efron style bang. My son loves his long hair but it was down to his nose and I just wanted the same style he had but above his eyebrow.. I should have shown her a picture, but who gives a kid a comb over with long hair? My son has autism, and is very sensitive about his hair. I kept trying to keep his hair pushed all the way over to one side like she had it, but he kept straightening it out. It looked like a half a micro bang. I had to chop all his beautiful hair off, and he’s indigenous to top it all off. We did just lose his grandpa, and like I said his hair was in his face.. at the end of the day, I liked the chairs and the comforting setting for the kids and she didn’t charge me since we didn’t like it and we were both obviously stressed. I won’t give one star for that reason, but if you plan on going here make sure you have a reference picture handy..

This place use to be my to go place for my son's haircut Elizabeth was the best and now that she is gone its gone down hill. Do not come here worst place ever my son is autistic and they did not have the patients with what I asked for a specific hair cut . They did not want to do it because they were to scared to do it you are supposed to be a professional everybody that works there now is terrible I don't understand how they got there license to cut hair his line up was terrible left patches on his head and hair was un even. My advice for the owner is fire everyone and rehire people that know what they are doing or bring back Elizabeth because she was the only good worker you had. Terrible place people please do not go there.

I will not be going back I walked in hoping to get both my kids hairs cut. None of the employees had a child in their chair for a haircut so my husband and I took the chance even though they don’t really do walk in’s. They were only able to take my son and we would have to go back later in the day for my daughter. We agreed the lady wet his hair to start detangling his hair and I didn’t think anything of it until he turned around to look at us crying. I asked him what was wrong and he said it hurts and that’s when the lady said sorry we don’t have any detangling spray just water. I tried brushing his hair trying to help and not even that. I will not be taking my kids back. How do you not have an extra supply of detangling spray especially knowing you are attending to a kids hair.

Im gonna give 0 star and not recommended What they did to my son's hair was annoying. It was our first time getting a haircut here, but this is the last time. It was disappointing. The haircut my son got was like he was just starting out. I showed him a picture that he was going to copy, but he didn't follow it. They should hire a professional to cut his hair. The woman who cut my son's hair was the one with the glasses. I don't know her name.

Absolutely adore this place. The hairdressers are so sweet, attentive, and prioritize the kiddos’ comfortability while ensuring they meet and supersede expectations on the cut. If you’re unsure, they’ll walk you through and recommend certain fixes/cuts for your kiddo as well. Love it here, check them out!

Great service. They accepted me as a walk in (though it seems they prefer appointments). The stylist was very patient with my toddler not exactly posing as needed. She did a fabulous job cleaning up her baby hair into an even length and trimming her bangs. My daughter loved the height adjustment of the chair and the toys. The whole experience was a great one for her first hair cut and we will be back again.
