I gave her 1 star because I couldn’t do zero. She’s rude, unprofessional and odd. Charged $185 for a 35 minute appointment using antiquated equipment. And nothing we didn’t already know. Stay away from this nut case

I experienced vertigo for the first time in my life and felt as if I was walking in a drunken stupor. I was referred to Lynn Herbert by Dr. Benjamin from PB. She explained in detail how crystals fall out of place and need to be rolled back into place. What an experience. I can't speak highly enough about the treatment I received from Lynn Herbert and that was a few years back. Vertigo for me comes and goes, maybe once a year. For those experiencing any sort of spinning, I HIGHLY recommend Lynn at Optimum Balance.

I went to Optimum Balance for a back issue I was having that stumped the orthopedics and MD's that I went to for help. It only took one session with Lynn for her to figure out the cause for my pain, and more importantly the treatment for my injury. A couple weeks later, I was as good as new! Very greatful for her knowledge.
