I went to this hair salon for the first time today, and Tracy did an amazing job! Her mom was Gail who started this business and now Tracy owns it. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and to match the color for my root touch up. She was not rushed and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be going back. She did an awesome job!

Tracy is meticulous. You want her cutting and coloring your hair. She is not pushy and will do what you want but she will give you an honest opinion on what will work best in color and cut especially the first consultation. I have alot of hair and it is also very long (a total hairdresser nightmare). However she was a trooper and did an awesome job! I am so happy with her service and technique. BTW, I drive from Long Beach to have her do my hair, so I will be following her to her new location.

Went to Gails to get my hair cut because of recommendations by a lot of my friends. They all said that they were never disappointed with the service they received. Well now I too know who to recommend if someone asks me for a recommendation where to go for a great haircut. Best haircut I've ever gotten. And the price for such a great haircut was no different than going to the walk in places that cut your hair in under 15 minutes and you walk out and hope that they did a good job. Thank you Tracy for the time and care you put into giving me a great haircut.
