We had a backyard nozzle break late in the afternoon. They were able to have a professional come out with in the hour. Gave us a quote and was right to work. They were quick, kind and very clean. The dispatchers are knowledgeable, kind and patient with us during this stressful time.
Adam solved our plumbing issues...had checked with another company and was given a choice of either an overhaul or nothing...the overhaul may happen in the future but Adam provided the immediate solution and unclogged our drains that day. Adam was friendly, professional and answered all questions. Will be calling Mr Rooter next time.
