I serendipitously met a lovely gentleman named John at the Pasadena plumbing supply store. He was extremely knowledgeable but most importantly he was honest and just a very nice and kind person. It was just very refreshing meeting a good person. If I have plumbing needs I would call and ask for John specifically.

Fantastic work!We had a slab leak in our townhouse, and they came out quickly, diagnosed it quickly, and gave us a quote quickly. The day before they came out to do the repair I had a weird concern (the floor was still hot even after I'd turned off the hot water overnight), and they sent someone else out who went above and beyond to alleviate my concern, even checking in with my neighbor to verify that the hot floor was only on my side of our shared wall.Then the day of the repair the plumber was able to find a simpler solution, and it ended up taking half the expected time and less than half the quoted price!Century Rooter is absolutely my go-to for all plumbing... read full review
