The day before they came out to do the repair I had a weird concern (the floor was still hot even after I'd turned off the hot water overnight), and they sent someone else out who went above and beyond to alleviate my concern, even checking in with my neighbor to verify that the hot floor was only on my side of our shared wall.Then the day of the repair the plumber was able to find a simpler solution, and it ended up taking half the expected time and less than half the quoted price!Century Rooter is absolutely my go-to for all plumbing... read full review

Look, no one loves their plumber. But this company seems to be pretty good and reliable and know what they are doing. I am a landlord of a few properties and they are fairly easy to work with as well.
