I have been going to Annabel for over 2 years now. And I still only go to her for massages because she gives the best service and is so fun to talk to!! Always have a good peaceful room ready and always makes you feel nothing but comfortable!!

I'm a picky wellness consumer, so me even giving a review is significant. I was skeptical about this "cupping" thing, even though I did love Annabel's energy, but ... wow! Between the deep tissue release from he cupping and Annabel's attentiveness to energy, I'm hooked. I'll be back again and again!

As soon as we were able during Covid I went searching for a new massage therapist. My old therapist whom I loved had made a career change during Covid. On the recommendation of an acquaintance I found Annabel at Crown & Roots! I'm so glad I did! I'm seeing Annabel as often as my schedule allows, she has a wonderful essence about her and her intuition about my body is spot on! Her space is very welcoming & relaxing. And if you desire she also does cupping, which I love for a deeper release of body/muscle tension! I highly recommend Crown & Roots!
