Just going to make this short and sweet. Just spoke to Christine the owner, about a gift card my wife had given me. Due to COVID, loss of a family member, and then I was battling cancer for my 3rd time in my life. Unfortunately while battling cancer, I wasn't able to make it within the 12 month window of the card expiring.

I explained this to Christine that I was fighting for my life, and requested that the money already spent be honored. She again, told me that no matter the reason, the card expired in 12 months from issue. Just thought everyone should know the value that this company puts on human life.

UPDATED - Since writing this review I have received a text message from Christine, stating that she "Doesn't appreciate being threatened with a negative review"

Ironically, we apparently now live in a world that a negative review is a threat. For full disclosure, I did tell Christine that I would be documenting our conversation on Social Media, as I believe the companies service is deplorable.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE - I have had no conversation other than the initial call I placed to the company (Christine - Owner). The owners response to this message is completely false, as she indicates the things I acknowledges what I told her in my initial phone call, in her text message to me. It appears there is also a severe integrity problem. Again, Screen Shots available. Since the owner mentioned in the text to me on multiple occasions that she was "Threatened with a negative review", I shall not be going there. She specifically says she will only do it because she was "threatened with a negative review" (again, screen shot available upon request)..... After becoming a Medically Retired United States Veteran, I never in a million years thought I'd experience such lack of service that is already paid for.......just to treat my feet that have been abused for decades. Do yourself a favor a find a company with integrity. Side note - I also just noticed the last review was quite a few years ago. That too should be an indicator to others.

LAST Update - The Owner clearly shows their true colors, and honestly, they wrote the best negative review about themselves. Better than I could ever write. Others also know that Monikers (aka nicknames) on these accounts, are for gaming purposes. Well......most people that understand technology get that.
