Went to VCA Olympad while vacationing in the area for a serious situation with my dog Maggie who has heart issues, stopped eating. My daughter recommended the hospital based on excellent service received for her dog Elton. Excellent customer service. Very organized and timely. Very compassionate care, great suite of competencies, great follow up and provide clear information. The x-rays taken and diagnostics completed were instrumental in her continued care when I came home. Am very grateful.

Brought my dog in today for his annual check up/ shots/ and a nail clipping. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Margoles, who is awesome. He is calm, interested, and informative. He really seemed to care and kept it simple. Also, very friendly staff across the board. They were very helpful - I requested my dog's health history via email and they sent it right away. Never felt like a number. Thank you!

They’ve always taken great care of our pets and appointments are always punctual. Vets and assistants are knowledgable and answer all of our questions.

Dr. Margolis is a very caring and extremely knowledgeable vet. I have been taking my dogs to him for years and he has been amazing in diagnosing, providing care and following up after care. He is extremely thorough and has taken the time to relate to my dogs, by getting down on the floor with them, to ease their anxiety! Impressive! He has always been willing to help even when I had simple questions or concerns! Very impressive!! Thank you, Dr. Margolis and your staff for your continuing dedication to the animals you take care of.

I called to make an appointment for my little 3 year old shihtzu girl, BijouRose, to have her nails clipped... surprise! We got turned down over rabies vaccination. They've known her since she was a baby, they spayed her and did all her baby vaccines, went many times for eyes and heart consultations and many other times for checkups and more, spent a fortune at this vet but today they decided they could not offer services anymore unless I shoot her with more rabies poison even though she might still be immune They do not consider a Titer test either. I guess it's time to look for another vet Sigh!!!! At least we were able to find a groomer who clipped her nails for less than half the price this vet hospital used to charge me.

I am so glad I found VCA Olympiad. I have been taking my cat here since last December. He broke his foot a few months ago and I can't say enough about how kind and professional every single person is at this special place. Thank you to everyone. You have been a blessing and give my cat the best care! VCA just does it right.

We usually have a really good experience here, but I am really upset because I had called at least half a dozen times saying that we were traveling and had forgotten our dogs seizure medication. I called SO many times. Receptionist assured me they would get me a prescription for us to fulfill out of town. Well - they closed up shop and left us high and dry. Had I known they were not writing us a prescription I would have made arrangements to overnight the dogs medicine to her. If she has a seizure because they ignored us - I will NEVER forgive this place! Why promise me to call back ? Our dog needs a twice a day dose. I am extremely disappointed. No that's not even strong enough of a word. To think the receptionist told me that this happened to her too and she understood the gravity of the situation.

It pains me to write this...but after near 30 years of bringing my pets here I am going to have to find a new vet. I called to have my dog seen for a sudden eye problem, I was told that because she hasn't come in for two years (because she's healthy!) we need an "annual exam" and would have to wait a week to come in when they had one available. I said this appears to be an eye infection and shouldn't wait a week, and was told to go to urgent care then. The person I spoke to had no care or compassion in her. So I called Foothill Animal Clinic and even though we have never been there, the receptionist was very compassionate and said she would put us on their cancellation list to try to get us in quickly. I wish Olympiad had cared the same and wouldn't "punish" their patients who don't come in annually just to have their healthy dog looked at and charged a bunch of money.

My deepest gratitude to Dr. Margolis and the entire team at VCA Olympiad animal Hospital. Our sweet, 14-year-old female pug Scooter Pie always received the best of your professional and compassionate care. Including your final service to my beloved pet following her stroke. Dr. Margolis, your kindness, skill and comforting attention to Scooter Pie ensured her peaceful passing in my arms. I will miss her forever. I will be grateful to you for just as long. Thank you.

Dr. Margolis is the best vet that I have ever had. I have been taking my many golden retrievers to him for 20 years. I have had many vets before him for 25 years before we met him.A few days ago, we had to put our 11 year old golden to sleep. Dr. Margolis was so considerate, kind, and thoughtful during this painful time. He is an excellent vet. Thank you so much, Dr. Margolis, for helping make this heartbreaking ending so peaceful for Stewie, me and my wife.
