I am always amazed at how anyone can fix our computer problems but Richard Cervantez at the Newport computer group really came though for us. Our New York manager was in a real tough spot. His system had failed and he had no one to help him. We called Richard and he was able to work with our guy via remote hook up and get our guy back in the game. It was all the more challenging due to our guy being less then computer literate. Our New York manager sends his thanks as do we.
