Excellent Doctors and office staff. As I waited for my appointment I was able to observe the professionalism and kindness offered by the office staff. I could not have been more pleased as a client. Everyone was very helpful and their demeanor was excellent. The way they spoke to people on the telephone in this busy office was very respectful and kind. They were organized and I noticed Eddie, one of the office staff would go out of his way to make people comfortable while they were waiting for their appointments. Dr. Chanes is wonderful. He has a lot of wisdom and is compassionate. He has helped me with my tear duct problem for over 8 years.The front desk is polite and friendly. The nurse was very informative and kind.If you have a minor to very difficult eye situations. He is brilliant!Thank You,Erin Gates
