I called that I was 10mins out and they were waiting for me to walk in with my dog who'd had a seizure, took her right in calmed me down and said what they'd do immediately and the doc would talk to me. They were there for Suzy & I, in an emergency!

Dr. Shoup is absolutely incredible. She is truly one of the best in neurology and we owe our baby’s wellness to her. She is not only highly skilled but also extremely kind, compassionate, and thorough. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, never rushes you, and makes sure you feel informed and cared for every step of the way. Her dedication and genuine passion for her work really show. We are so blessed to have had her perform our baby’s surgery. BrightCare staff and vet were incredibly quick at responding to our pet emergency. They were extremely helpful and calm in a situation that's always scary for pet owners. Our pup is now back to full health thanks to BrightCare! Recommend for anyone who needs quick action and transparent care.
