I found Carly on Instagram and I'm so glad I did ! I'm not going anywhere else for Botox or fillers! I also tried the sculptra butt lift, not a lot of people are doing it yet. She's amazing! She was professional and made some suggestions, didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need. I prefer a natural look and she understood. All the staff is very professional. I love the location in front of the lake. I can always get appointments pretty quickly. I already told my girlfriends to come. Can't stop yapping about them! This place is great.
I am so happy that Carly and her team joined us on Lake Mission Viejo. Honestly, I've been a groupon hopper for the handful of times I've gotten Botox and have never been satisfied with my results. Carly asked and listened to my treatment goals and for the first time I felt like I achieved the results that I had hoped for.
Today I went into this place to see Carly fir a touch up I was late , I got lost I am not familiar w MV at allI called n offered to go busy myself while she took her next patient / customer She didn't understand that or anything I walked in the door I couldn't see the rage ( yes rage) on her face as it was hidden behind her maskI was verbally assaultedShe kept saying your late You are late I apologized profusely I'm in my 60s( I guess most of her customers are in their 30s) She raged at me , then told me to leave her office Her kids and husband watched w open mouths I tried to explain , she didn't want to Herat it She shut me down Then said I was yelling... read full review
