I would never ever go there again. Worst customer service ever. I was going to Hawaii and asked for a long curtain bangs, first Julie made me wait. I specifically asked Julie to do it, she’s the owner/ manager. She had nothing to do and was drying her own hair, then she asked her co worker to cut my hair because she got busy. The co worker took the scissor on my forehead and I even told her that “ I hope you’re not cutting it this short “ she said “ no I’m just measuring it “ before I knew she cut my bangs. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. They are very unprofessional. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go there. I didn’t take any pictures on my trip because my hair looked so bad.

I had booked an appointment with Julie and specifically emphasized multiple times that only she should work on my hair. Even though she promised, her assistant ended up applying the color. I kept protesting during the process, but they ignored me and just kept saying, “She’s coming soon.” In the end, Julie never did my color, and my hair got severely damaged.
What I received was a completely different color than what I had asked for, with five different tones all over my head. I was shocked and upset. They scheduled a correction appointment for the following week where Julie finally worked on my hair herself, but the damage was already done. My hair was so burnt and ruined that she could only fix the most extreme parts.
Now I’m left with $230 spent on the service, $300 on repair products, and burnt, patchy hair that looks nothing like what I wanted. My confidence and self-esteem have been completely shattered.
In business, the most important principles are honesty, punctuality, and keeping your word — none of which were respected here.

Don't ever come here. There was glue all over my nails and underneath my nails. The glue was completely stuck to my skin. Some were CROOKED. Their machines weren't working at all. My nails weren't even dry. She said she was 90% done all she was missing was the French tip but I asked her to stop because I couldn't deal with how ugly they already looked. I left with paying $40. I honestly should ve have paid. I went somewhere else to get them fixed and they thought I attempted to do these at home.

I don’t have time to be writing a review but I needed to on this one. The only thing I want to say is STAY AWAY from this hair salon. First off, I want to say the scheduling here is horrible. Julie always books my appointment and the time I come in I have to wait for an hour. Second, her employees are not a team player. The girl that was doing my nails she had to stop to do someone else’s hair she asked her employee if she can help and she refused to help out with my nails. I talked about it to Julie she doesn’t take me seriously she thinks everything is a joke. I told her give me the owner number and she told me I’m the owner, she laughed in my face snd says “I’m Kidding” im not the owner!!!! She didn’t want to give me the owner number at first. She should not run the business she’s not professional, I would fire her immediately there are replaceable people out there!!!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone it’s a garbage salon.

I booked a haircut appointment here with Julie a week before asking if she is available the time the salon opens which she told me is 10 AM. A week later I arrive and I see her working on someone else's hair right at 10 AM. I thought she would be done soon, so I sit and wait patiently for about 20 minutes. I see she’s still working on someone else’s hair and doesn’t acknowledge me. I felt this was unprofessional and a disregard for my time. I purposely scheduled a week before to come in the morning because I had errands scheduled for the day. I don’t have the luxury of spare time to sit and wait till my turn comes up for a long period of time. I left and found another salon that could accommodate me immediately. This experience was disappointing and I would rate it lower if possible.

Julie is an excellent hair stylist and when I’m in town, I have booked in advance to get an appointment with her. I don’t like to give negative reviews especially to small businesses but I felt I needed to make a statement about her reliability in keeping appointments. Instead of taking care of me, Julie gave my appointment to another hair dresser because she said she was running behind. The result of my haircut was not the same.
I read the same sentiment from another recent reviewer, Essi — there is no guarantee that Julie will keep her appointment with you. She did the same to my mother in law in the past. However, she did show up for my mother-in-law to do her hair for her 83rd birthday celebration and I appreciate that. I will give credit where it is due.
When I make an appointment with a certain hairdresser, I expect to have that person cut my hair. I have even waited an hour in order to have Julie cut my hair. I think she is an excellent hairstylist, but she overextends herself. I can no longer trust that I will have Julie as the person to cut my hair. I may be passed on to another hair dresser again. If you are lucky or maybe if you are a favored customer, I am certain you will get a nice haircut.
I hope Julie will make changes to be more reliable so that she can increase her business success.

if I could rate it 0 stars I would. I got staph infection from this place. I'm pregnant & I had to go to urgent care which later I was diagnosed with staphylococcus aureus. I got it all over my legs and from scratching it spread to my chest. Truthfully, I'm shocked and so upset that people make money doing this to others. This place is so unhygienic grabbing gloves out of a small trash can, not even new from a box. tools not clean or even in a sterile bag. I hope they understand how dangerous this is!!! it was my first and last time there.

The staff are always so kind and welcoming! They are really good and polite! The vibe is really great and comfortable. I’ve been going there for years and always I got exactly what I asked for.Michelle have done my hair so many times and I usually show her a picture of what I want and she does it exactly how the picture is.I’ve also worked with Jullie and she is amazing!I highly recommend this salon!
