I needed glasses replaced after losing mine. I was able to make the same day appointment, with Gary. I was seen very quickly, and I was in and out of the office within 15 minutes. The glasses will be delivered to my home and Gary went over all the details with me. I love the efficiency in the optometry dept., Milpitas. Great experience.
I had a pleasant experience with Ms. Connie Young at the Kaiser Optical Department at 611 S. Milpitas Blvd., Milpitas, CA on March 4th. The eligibility date of my benefit is March 10th but she went ahead and got her manager’s approval so she can process my new prescription for the lenses of my existing Versace frame.
This is Kaiser Center for the Flu/Covid shots, among other things. The center is well organized. There is a dedicated staff who was quite good at crowd management. The only reason for 3 stars is that it takes a long time to get the shot. We almost missed our other appointment even after going in 1hr earlier.
