Excellent and fast service. Our serviceman, Dan, was great and courteous and even recommended for us to contact the water company to confirm the water leak and recommend submitting a bill adjustment. Very pleased with the service provided and rate was reasonable.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink that I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Dan saw the problem within seconds of looking and repaired it quickly. We called Bay Rooter & Plumbing who responded quickly by picking up the call, quoted an estimate over the phone, and available for an appointment the very next morning. Dan arrived within scheduled time frame with mask and booties for his shoes before entering our home. He's professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The amount quoted was the amount paid.
