Poor work ethic and quality. They do jobs without proper permits and the work is substandard to say the least. Stay clear and check CSLB regarding violations and do your own DUE DILIGENCE before contracting with a company not worth it. They over charge their clients and money hungry greedy people that also runs BLVD residential management.
