Jim was about to go to bed when I called. He is an older gentleman. Jim doesn't know me, and I did not know him. His wife answered the initial phone call and said he was basically in bed. I said I would have to call back. Before I could call anyone else Jim called me back to say he would head out if I needed him. I felt horrible but having your main sewer line backed up is not fun. So in the rigid cold Jim and Doug were at my house within 20 minutes. 10 minutes after that they were done. You could tell they were past their bed time but totally ready and willing to see my situation fixed. You can't find honesty and service like this anymore. I will never call anyone else....read full review
