Top notch, expert level training here. I trained here after having knee surgery (and a few other injuries), and these guys managed to teach me the foundations of Judo without hurting my knee or any further injuries. That is amazing. Do you know the level of care that takes? Sensei Nakao and his team are true professionals.

My 8 year old girl has taken Judo at Bojuka Ryu since she was 5. Her experience has been wonderful in so many ways. I noticed a big boost in her confidence within just a couple months of having started. She went from being shy and easily intimidated to outgoing and self assured. Then I began seeing her leadership skills developing.Not only is she learning Judo from her wonderful Senseis but she is learning how to teach Judo to the little ones who are just starting. She takes this responsibility serseriously and is proud of it. All the kids take turns "opening class" by leading the warmup exercises. They then practice techniques led by the Senseis. My son has struggled with confidence for a long time. He was awkward in his body and in social interactions. He has been in Judo for months now and has become stronger and better coordinated. He is more comfortable in his body and in interacting with others.
