I was in so much pain before I came in and after getting an adjustment I feel so much better than before. It will take some time but with the work and exercises I was given I feel reassured this will not last long. Thank you.

Dr. Yarmin fixed me. I was an injured athlete, who was experiencing sciatica post bike accident and could barely walk due to back pain, glute and hamstring tightness. My neck was also not happy with me due to long hours at work and social media viewing. Instead of getting a fusion as the surgeon recommended I started seeing Dr. Yarmin 1-2 times a week, took a little rest and coupled with physical therapy and my own stretching routine, my symptoms are almost non-existent. A couple more weeks and I believe I will back to normal. However, this was a reminder that I didn't listen to my body and was doing 80 miles in pain and thought nothing of it.
