Brazilian Blowout by Jordana Lorraine - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Jordana is amazing! She made me love my hair!! I have curly hair and am a low maintenance type of person. The S4 Non-toxic treatment lasted in my hair for months! I could wake up and go wherever knowing my hair would look great! Also, her haircut was perfect! I told her that I trusted her to make a decision for my hair knowing how I am and she made it super cute and frames my face super well!! I highly recommend!!

I’ve never been happier with how my hair looks and feels! Jordana is 11/10. Gold stars across the board.

I have been going to Jordana for a Brazilian blowout for several years now. My hair is naturally curly, a bit nappy, especially in the front. It gets thick and it takes a while to blow dry. Jordana is a magician! I feel like a different person when she's done. My hair is straight (but she leaves me with some volume) and I absolutely love it. She takes the time pre-appointment to when you're sitting in the chair to go over everything, She makes sure you have the products you will need to keep your hair healthy in the months between treatments. I cannot begin to sing her praises. She's awesome!

To echo the other reviews, if Google allowed me to leave infinite stars, I would. Jordana is the best hairstylist.I had the most amazing Brazilian blowout experience from start to finish. Jordana is incredibly thorough and ensures the best customer experience.Even before I got to the salon, Jordana was extremely helpful in finding the right treatment for my hair that had experienced heat damage from a Brazilian blowout at a different salon in my childhood hometown.After I had scheduled my appointment with her, she sent out an online form asking about things like my preference with music, water temperature, etc all so that I would have the most comfortable and relaxing experience.During the hair treatment, Jordana and her wonderful assistant Spencer were incredibly thoughtful and thorough. They were extremely kind, patient, and did a wonderful job, always checking in about how I was doing, what I was looking for in a hair treatment, etc. I never felt rushed. Jordana explained each product she was using and showed me how to blow dry my hair at home to get the hair goal I had in mind.Even after the hair appointment, Jordana sent a reminder about after treatment hair care and followed up about my experience. This really struck me because it shows her dedication and care about her craft.Hair is so personal and it’s rare to find someone like Jordana, who really cares about the customer’s experience with their hair. I have gained so much confidence with my new hair, and I owe it to Jordana and Spencer.

Best experience I've had in a salon by far! The set up is very intimate and private, Jordana is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I am so happy with the results, definitely the best!

My morning routine has left me time to sit and enjoy my coffee and I'm a better person for it. First let me share how much I love Jordana! I've going to Jordana for close to 13 years! I recently tried the Pura Luxe treatment and O-M-G... WOW! It’s been a gift to my hair! I was looking for a non-toxic smoothing and softening treatment, which allowed for body at the same time… and let me tell you this is it! My hair feels like silk, while preserving the texture of my hair. I have very wavy hair and sometimes when untreated or if I haven’t taken a roller brush and blow-dryer to it, it can look messy and unkept (plus it’s a total time kill). Pura Luxe completely changed this! Post shampooing/conditioning it takes me less than half the time to do my hair and the shine… OMG the shine and softness! It’s beautiful! I am so thankful for this treatment and of course a huge thank you to Jordana Lorraine Salon! I appreciate you, Jordana! You’re simply the best!

I couldn't really be more disappointed in the cut I received from Jordana. Having already shared a picture of my current cut (albeit fairly grown out) with her, I sat down and asked for a shorter version of what I currently had. She didn't even brush out my hair to get a sense of the previous cut. I'm sharing pictures of the before and the after. The after feels like a real departure. It feels like where I had a subtle, gentle gradient before, I have two chunky rectangular layers now. The top section almost feels like bangs, which is certainly not something we discussed. I did reach out to Jordana to let her know I was deeply unhappy with the cut, and she offered to 'soften the boldness' of the shape, but my confidence was no longer there. I don't believe she is a bad stylist, and I do believe she cares about the happiness of her clients, but in my experience I felt like the communication in the initial discussion just wasn't there. Time and patience goes a long way, and in my opinion she didn't invest the time to make sure she understood what I wanted and left happy. Hair is so much a part of our look. When our hair looks good we feel good. And this haircut doesn't make me feel good. It's going to be up in a ponytail for the next five months - which is how long another stylist has said I'll have to wait to have enough length to triage it back to where I wanted it to be.
