These guys are awesome. My pickup dropped an axel in an incredibly precarious spot. It was going up a steep grade, on an extremely narrow undivided two lane mountain road, no shoulder, sheer drop, around a blind curve, in a remote location with no cell service. I had to hike/ hitchhike about 12 miles down the mountain just to get cell service. The office person was totally professional, knew where I was from my description, told me what it would cost, and when they would be there. The driver, Armando, was both courteous and friendly. I was stuck on the highway over 4 hours because my truck completely died while driving south to LA. I called AAA 4 times and each time got cancelled. I was with my elderly mother, 2 sisters and my 2 kids. I could not believe that for the premium i pay AAA they couldn't help me. My sister was searching online for private tow truck and ran across All star heavy haul and they said they could be there in 40 min. AAA always told me over an hour and a half. I received a call from the driver named Armando. He was a god sent. AAA couldn't even give me an ETA. Armando called me and told me he will be there soon. I had a very good experience with All Star. I need my tire changed out and it was a very little wait time . After calling at 11 PM at night the Rep was friendly and helpful . When the tow truck arrives the gentleman was also very friendly and was able to change out my tire in less than 10 min. I had to call recently to get a receipt and the lady was super friendly. I have had frustration free service and it was great. Very professional after talking to them multiple times . I highly recommend.
