Pleasantly surprised how awesome this place was - the teacher, Dan, and the other yoga practitioners were super right on! I came in from out of town and I felt very comfortable here getting a very detail oriented sequence. Awesome brief sound bath following the asanas - kind of like a special at the end of class that day. Definitely coming back next time I’m in town. Great vibes.

The venue offers a great atmosphere with beach views for sunset watching. The instructor Dan provides helpful posture feedback to the manageable class of around 8 students. The heat inside can be intense, and parking is a challenge due to strict meter enforcement by police. Arriving early is strongly advised.

This is kind of a hidden gem I guess. I don't know why they are not busier. The studio is so cute with top notch instructors. You get a view of the ocean if you set up your mat close to the mirrors. Angel is my favorite.

Best hot yoga studio in LA county by far. The studio never ever smells, the instructors are zero-fluff and stick academically to Bikram yoga. Room is always hot. Most challenging hot yoga class in the South Bay. 10000% worth it.

I've been practicing at the new location in Manhattan Beach and it has changed my world. The teachers are great and very kind. It's not easy to find the Bikram method of hot yoga and the 26 postures do wonders for the mind and body. They also have great new student packages on the app. Highly recommend a visit!

I never like to write reviews because I don't like criticizing business based on my experience only. However, this is place is ridiculously ran and all should be warned before you give them any money.... I purchased a package that that never showed up on the app, therefor cannot be used. The studio is only open when they have a class and when that is, no one is a the front desk to help solve the issue. When I was able to reach the one person that finally answered the phone, I was told I need to talk to the owner and have them fix the issue and that they would be calling me back - of corse they never did. Below you can see that I have paid and they have my money. I would highly warn anyone wanting use them for yoga, they will scam you our of your money..... you get better service and respect provided working with the DMV.We are in the south bay, there are tons of amazing yoga studio's. I would highly recommend you join one of those when you consider joining a studio meant for calming yoga practice and "NAMA - STAY AWAY" from this place!!!!!!!!!!proof of payment below
