Absolutely 100% professional, friendly, extremely efficient, amazingly knowledgeable. Jose & Luis took the time 2 answer any questions or concerns. Called Phill's locksmith at 8am this morning spoke with Manuel because my friend lost her car keys. Jose & Luis arrived on time 30 min later 2 enter her locked vehicle & cut & programm 2 new keys. All from her driveway & in no time at all. Very reasonable prices as well. A very satisfied happy customer who will use them in the future if necessary & will totally recommend 2 family & friends. Great service! Called for a tech to come over to our business because car was not reading key or cranking over. They picked up their phone right away and said they could have a tech over shortly. Tech jose came and saved they day in a timely fashion had the vehicle up in running in less than an hour! Thank you jose you saved the day!

Phil's answered right away with a real person who was very helpful. Was able to dispatch someone to me quickly.Jose arrived in about 10 mins and had my issue resolved in less than 5 mins. He was awesome! Thank you so!
