I don’t know how to properly rate this medical office. My actual doctor is absolutely incredible. 10/10 he’s the only reason I stay. I feel listened to and cared for and he has helped me in absolutely everything I’ve needed. Even the staff has been helpful WHILE I’ve been at the office. Unfortunately, trying to CALL Eisner health is a damn hellscape. That rating is 1/10. Actually no, ZERO stars. They answer less than 1% of the time. I can never easily reach them. If I need anything - information, appointments, prescriptions - it’s easier to just go in person. But like most people, I’m busy! I can’t... read full review
